Neighborhood open-space park (.33 acres)
Arthur W. Landseadel Nature Interpretive Center
This is Sylvania’s nature preserve, with opportunities to learn, observe native wildlife and just enjoy nature. Hiking/biking trails border the Ottawa River Shelter along Ten Mile Creek.

Clayton Fischer Park
Between Marshall and Carter roads
Active park with ball field, children’s play equipment, picnic area and skating circle on 3.55 acres.
David E. Richards Park
Sun Valley at the Bridge
Passive, naturalistic woodlands covers these 14.5 acres along Ten Mile Creek.
Harroun Community Park
Main Street at the rear of St. Joseph Church parking lot
This 26-acre park also features an open-air shelter with picnic tables, a rustic amphitheater, an ADA-friendly entrance and parking area, a deck with water view, sheltered picnic tables and a sledding hill.

Memorial Grove at Veterans Memorial Park
Visit this tranquil setting created by Parks & Forestry especially for commemorating special people and events. Designed for quiet reflection in beautiful surroundings, Memorial Grove is filled with flowering trees planted on 4 acres by Parks & Forestry.

Three-season formal garden on 2.04 acres with picnic and café seating for 33. Free for informal visits; rentals available.
